With that percentile I'll suggest you to wait if special round counselling is done. In special round, the cutoff falls drastically and you may get some college then. Also there are some GFTIs which conduct local counselling at their own level if seats remain vacant. You have to specifically check their website for the notification. That round happens after counselling process of all NITs end.
