Given your marks, your probable rank will be 85,553 - 93,053 and your probable category rank range will be 3180 - 3480 . For Computer Science the closing rank last year for SC was 713 and for Mechanical it was 2105. So until and unless the closing rank falls a lot, your chances of getting into B.Tech Computer Science or Mechanical are low.
