i have got 96.02% in jee main paper 2 in obc category . is my percentile enough for Nit Trichy ( other state) ?

At 96 percentile, the rank shall be around 8000. The closing rank for B.Arch of 2019 of National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli ( NIT Trichy ) was 1075 for General category in Other State quota. In the year 2018 the closing rank was 670.
So, there is no chance of getting NIT Trichy at this score. I suggest you do to little better in JEE Main April Examination.
