I have got 96.94 percentile[ranks - CRL-7796 & CATEGORY RANK-839] in jee paper 2 (b.arch) am i eligible to get b.arch seat in bangalore??

As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in b.arch are:-
Gateway college of architecture and design,Sonepat
Ganga institute of architecture and town planning,Delhi
IIT Kharagpur
IIT Roorkee
With assumption that you get a similar rank in JEE Advanced 2019
