Actually at this rank you does get admission in any college through JOSAA counselling..
So you may try for private colleges individually....
My advice is to take drop for one year

you want to say that i need to get an addmission seperately from management quota
no , not from management quota..
there is some merit seat in all private colleges ...but you have to apply separately

You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state studnets in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
