    hi Riya,

    I am afraid to say No.. but dont loose hope.. there are still many private good colleges.. where you can take admission and achieve great heights in your career.. If you could provide me with your overall percentile then I could guide you better with other colleges detail.. and also do mention if you are looking for colleges in specified cities..
