I have got only 318 marks in Neet but I scored well in class 12. Is it advisable to go to pvt college or give another try

There's no problem in getting to a private college . If you can afford going to a private college there's no issue in pursuing your course from them.
However if you want a govt college and have confidence in yourself you can surely go for a second try. As their are many you work hard to get to a govt college.
