For Paramedical Courses, you need to apply Separately in a particular Paramedical College in which you are interested.
Like if you want to do BSc Nursing from AIIMS Delhi then you need to appear in Entrance examination conducted by AIIMS Delhi, the Marks of 12th Class is used just for fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria, you need to score good marks to get the seat in AIIMS for BSc Nursing.
In the same way there are a lot of colleges which offers Paramedical Courses and Paramedical Courses are also different types:
1. Nursing is a Paramedical Course, you can do BSc in Nursing.
2. BMLT Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Technology.
3. Diploma Course in X-Ray Technician.
4. Diploma Course in Operation Theatre Technician.
5. Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP).
6. B.Sc in Medial Radiography & Imaging Technology.
7. B.Sc in Operation Theatre Technology.
