I have gotten total 53% in hsc exam may I eligible for neet 2019???

Hey Bhavana.
According to the eligibility criteria laid out for NEET 2019 you need to pass class 12th boards exams from a recognised board to be eligible. Along with this you also need to score a minimum aggregate of atleast 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects together to be eligible. So if your aggregate percentage in P+C+B is more than 50% you are eligible.
