I think you need certificate on the time of document verification before the councelling round...becuz two year ago my frd who is physically handicapped is also give certificate on the time of document verification....

Can you tell which time I go for certificate apply
After form fillAnd if I fill ph category in form and they didn't give certificate than what I do
