I have joined a college in jaynagar but now I'm moving into harohalli, which led me change collage. Is there availability of seat in bsc cbz 2nd year.

Sorry to say but there is no college where you can gey direct admission in 2nd year regardless of your reason. You could get if the university of both the colleges are same but since your case is not like that, unfortunately you can't get admission in second year. Get all your documents where you are studying currently and then take admission in new college as a fresher.
