I have just completed graduation, should i go for job or masters ?

Its completely your Choice. You have to take that decision. If you don't have any family pressure and everything ia fine, then do Masters. Because once you go for a job you won't have any time to study and your interest to study masters will be lost. On the other hand if you want income badly them join job.
