Dear Yasser, you can fill in a new application form. But you will have to register with a new Contact number and Email I'd. You cannot register twice with the same contact credentials. And Aadhar isn't a mandatory document for NEET anymore. You can use any other document for proof.

Candidates who belong to J& K state can make changes in the self declaration form submitted by them.
