I have my friend had given 12 exam in 2016 n he failed in maths in his compartment again in 2017 as well. Is he eligible to give clat 2017?

@George: There are 2 things to keep in mind- First is age. As Mihir said, age criteria is back so if you are 20 years or below-general category then you are eligible.
Second thing- You should have 45% in your 12th class overall. If you meet both then yes
