I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that to get admission in IIT's through GATE Exam, you need OBC_NCL Certificate issued by the central government, not the state government. Also, the validity period of the OBC certificate is three years from the date of issuing the certificate.

i had another query, since my category is OBC-NCL in my state but it is not mentioned in the central list of OBC-NCL, what would be my next step? I am a christian and it is not seen in the central list. I have entered in the GATE application that i belong to OBC-NCL, any solution to this?
