There are also other exams for taking admission in Medical Colleges like AIIMS, JIPMER, CMC Vellore.
So if you not appeared NEET, by appearing these exams you can also take admission in medical colleges.

No dear, it can't be possible to get admission in medical college without appearing in NEET. Now a days not only MBBS even paramedicals, pharmacy and various other medical courses also require NEET for admission.
If you want, appear it in next year.
