    Hey Rutaparva!

    With general rank of 159 you can expect to get Admission in any of the course, as you haven't mentioned your course, i'm giving you answer by generalising it. You can wait to receive the call letter, if you haven't received one, once you get your call letter, you can go on with the counseling process.
