Dear Biva, you can reach out to the helpdesk by raising a 'Candidate query'. Login to iimcat.ac.in using your Login Credentials. Navigate through the page and you will see an option called 'Candidate Query'. You can raise a query there and you will here from them within 24-72 hours.

Hello,
No, don't worry your application form will not be rejected.Though keep checking your mail, if you get asked to do further process for that then you must do it on time.Else there wont be any problem.
Just make sure when you are called for interview round by any college then at that time take all your documents properly with you.
On the day of interview of every college your documents will be verified thoroughly.
