I have not given Jee mains but i am preparing for the next ppr to be held in Sept .So can i apply for college admission??

Yes, you can apply for colleges The students who have appeared for Academic year in which they seek admission , are allowed to apply for the courses. Counselling processes will be commenced only after jee main exams conduct and results are out.
You should need to fulfill all other eligibility criteria .
