I have not got the refund from CSAB till date even after not received any branch in SPOT rounds. Where I will approach as no response on their email even after 15 mails sent & phone no.given also not responding.

It generally takes some time for the refund to get processed if everything is clear from you side then the refund will definitely be processed you should check the bank details you have provided and make sure there is no error in it. Also you should check that were you allotted a seat in josaa and accepted it or not as if you had accepted it then if you are not allotted a seat in spot round then you will be given the same seat as you got in josaa and no refund will be given as you were allotted a seat.
