I have not mention EWS category in main Jan 2020. because the certificate not issue , but now i have EWS certificate then how i attach this certificate

You can correct your JEE main online application form from 8th March, 2020- 12th March, 2020.You can make changes during correction period.The details which you can edit are name, academic details, category, state of eligibility, paper etc.You need to login using the registration ID and password.
