I have not put recent date on my photogrph and i have not signed on the permanant registration form before uploading..what should i do ?

You haven't mentioned the exam you are enquiring about. Neverthless, if it is for NEET PG, mere not mentioning the name and date on your photograph will not cause any problems. If the image uploaded follows the guidelines, you are good to go. Regarding the self attested copy, you will receive a notification if it needs to be self attested and then during the correction window, you can make the changes. But if this is for any other exam, the same rules apply.
