I have not qualified neet UG 2021 this year.but mujhe Jaipur k ek medical college me bvsc course k liye 10 lakhs donation aur 6 lakhs pr year tution fee lekar bvsc course me mera admission le rahe hai . mere bvsc certificate pr iska koi asar to nahi padega 5 year baad kyo ki I not qualified neet ug

Unfortunately now you cannot get admission in BVSc courses without NEET, You can get yourself enrolled in any college without having NEET or National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test scores. University/institute needs NEET score for admission. Admission to Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry requires a proper NEET score.
I guess there is some fraud happening with you
