i have not ranked for first counsilling date under II stream can be called for second counsilling date for btech course ?

Hello Thirumurthy if you have applied for the couselling and not called for the first round of the counselling it is because you did not have a that much good rank and definitely you will called for second round of counselling if you have enough rank. But provided you have that much rank.
