I have not registered for mop up round for neet 2018. Am i eligible for stray vacancy round?
Ues if you havent participated in Mopup round and also not alloted colleges in any rounds previous to Mopup rounds then you can participate in Stray Vacancy rounds

The Candidates who have not registered in any of Previous 3 Rounds of
MCC will not be eligible to apply for Stray Vacancy round as there is
no any fresh registration for it. If you have do the registration for
any of the previous round then you will be eligible to apply for Stray
Vacancy round.
