I have OBC category certificate but don't have OBC ncl certificate. For counseling which category I have to choose?

hello aspirant,
NC OBC is stands for Non Creamy Layer OBC while OBC is Creamy Layer OBC . OBC Creamy layer does not get any benefit as per the rules .They do not come under reserved category anymore. They are treated as equal to General category candidate. The difference between Creamy and Non creamy layer is on the basis of Annual income of Family.
