I have OBC certificate of central govt and my Domicile is Rajasthan. I have done my 11th 12th from delhi. Am i eligible for Admission in VMMC through State quota OBC category??

VMCC is Vardhman Mahavir College and hospital. Which is located in Delhi. It's a government medical college. It was established 2002. It's under top medical college in India. If you got this college you can join this college.
Now come to your problem. You have a central OBC certificate. So it's very good. Because if you have central OBC certificate then you can join as a OBC category candidate in any state. So your born state and your brought up state doesn't matter in your caste certificate. You can join VMCC as an OBC category candidate.
