Hello aspirant,
It is difficult to get a seat in any NIT even not lower NITs. You should try your luck in special Rounds.
The scope in CSE, Mechanical and ECE branches is increasing nowadays.
You can apply CSAB counselling after JoSAA counselling, there may be a chance to get a seat in your category.
