Most certainly, yes! The field of Computer Science does not require much physical labour and most of the colleges also do not have any strict physical criteria as in some other branches like Mining. In fact, you will come under the Person with Disability or the PwD quota, which will help you immensely in gaining admission in the top colleges of our country!
