I have paid 20000 counselling fee at hbtu. Due to some reason I could not taken admission after seat allotment. I want refund of my money

As per the official If a candidate does not report for document verification at HBTU Kanpur during scheduled time,then his/her allotted seat will be cancelled and he/she will be out of the counseling process. An amount of Rs. 5,000/-will be deducted from his / her Seat Retain Fee. The remaining amount will be returned in due course of time. You can check in detail with the given below link on Page No. 2.
