I have allotted seat in kcet second extended round in 2019. l not cancelled the seat and not paid fee also because l am not satisfied with that. can I write kcet 2020. will I get seat

Dear student,

You haven't mentioned the name of the counselling procedure but generally, processing fee in non refundable and you need to pay it again if you take admission in other college through second round of counselling. The processing fee is for a particular college only, if you weren't satisfied with the college you shouldn't have taken admission in it, but once you pay the processing fee, things change, you will not get that money back.
