i have passed 12 th and and focusing on diploma but from some reason i didn't took any single attempt in JEE here is my question as i know we can take 2 consecutive year attempt after 12th but after diploma (3years),i will eligible for jee or not till now i have not taken any attempt in jee

Unfortunately, no. You cannot appear for JEE since you passed your class 12 exams two years ago, you are not eligible for the exam due to the missed consecutive 2 years attempts rule. You have to appear for the exam in the next two years of passing your 12th, otherwise, you cannot claim your attempts afterwards.
