I have passed 12th out of up and have domaciel of up but parents have no domacile then I can get seat I UPTU.gov College.

Hello Aryan!

In the upsee counselling you have to present domicile certificate of this year of yours not your parents domicile certificate in verification process.Besides this you have to present your parents income certificate and your category certificate (if applicable)

yes, if YOU have domicile of up, then you can get admission under state quota.
