I have passed class 12th in 2020 but I mention in jee main form in 2019, What sould I DO ?

Hope you are doing great there . I think the jee mains gives you a chance to correct mistake , you should have corrected your personal detail there , but since now it is too late . I would suggest you to contact NTA query centre . You can easily get their contact from the official site and then follow their instructions .
