Hi Aspirant

Since you are giving re-exam from bihar board make sure to get above 75% and then you will be eligible for IIT and NIT. And also make sure to sure good percentile in MAINS and Advance. There will be no issues there on

Since you have scored 73.6% marks in CBSE, you won't be eligible for taking admission in any of NITs or IITs, or IIITs, or GFTIs. You would have filled the improvement form in CBSE to improve the score. There is not point for filling form in bihar board.
