I am assuming you are asking this with regard to the Jammu & Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE). If so, this means that you cleared your Class 12 in four subjects but you had to appear later to clear Maths through the private/Bi-annual exam scheme of the J&K school board.

Now going by what the NEET eligibility rules say, you should have cleared your Class 12 exam with the compulsory subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as main subjects after studying all of these in both Classes 11 and 12. You must also score an aggregate score of 50% across Physics, Chemistry and Biology (40% if you are a Reserved category candidate).

So if you have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in both Classes XI and XII as regular student, and pass all of these with the required percentage, then you will be eligible to appear for NEET. It does not matter if you have passed Maths or any other subject through the compartment/private/Bi-annual scheme as long as you have studied these required ones and cleared them. Just make sure you haven't had a gap year between Class 11 and 12, ie. you should have cleared your Class 11 in 2014 if you appeared for your Class 12 first in 2015.

If you have already cleared Class 12 with a biannual score, and have the full marksheet with required percentages for all the four subjects mentioned above, along with pass marks in Maths, then go ahead and apply for NEET 2018 confidently.
