I have printed out my admit card for neet on 15 april but haven't got any email with its copy yet. Should I be worried?

No you should not. There may be many technical issues due to which it may come late because there are lakhs of candidates in India. Make several printed copies of your admit card it will be required at several places like counselling, admissions etc.
