    Hello,

    Yes, candidates belonging to general category must score 40 marks or 25% marks in EAMCET to be eligible to get admission for SC/ST there isn't any qualifying mark.You may take admission in an engineering college in CSE but you won't get seat in a good college with such marks.If you want to get a good college then you need to score 90 or above.
