You have to specify in the question that which qouta seat are you talking about.
Although you have qualified NEET examination, your admission in any college and in any course depends on your marks obtained in NEET and your reservation or any other qouta which is applicable for you.
You have to specify full information in the question.

Obc category , 194 marks in neet

As you belong to obc category and you have scored 194 marks you cannot get any government medical or Dental college.
Although it's difficult to get MBBS but you can try for management/ paid seat.
According to last year's 1st round of allotment list the last candidate to get MBBS in a private medical college through management qouta had an AIR of 391501.
He/ she was allotted Shri laxmi narayan institute of medical Sciences, puducherry.
The last candidate to get a management qouta paid seat in BDS had an AIR of 756774 and was allotted SRM dental college, Chennai.

In appolo college in Telangana my friend got. 107 obc category just qualified and brought seat for 1cr
