It would be difficult to tell you as the cutoff varies engineering stream wise from year to year depending on various factors. However, Computer Science Engineering is the most preferred branch among engineering aspirants and cutoff required for admission is high.

As per your rank and based on the previous year cutoff, chances seems to be less of getting seat in CSE or ECE branches in Vellore or Chennai campus.
