The Choice Filling has been started from 12th July,
2019 for Online All India Quota or Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019 and this facility will continue till 14th July, 2019 (From 10:00 AM to 05:00
PM) and on 14th July you can lock the choices.
The choice filling is to be started from 3 p.m onwards of 12th July that is why its showing choices as 0 and that is locked by the system.
Before going for further steps, kindly read the instruction carefully given in links below
