I have repeated NEET and I have got lesser mark compared to the previous mark,is it possible to apply Counselling using my previous mark ?

I am sorry but your last years marks aren't valid anymore for the counselling procedure.

The marka that you get in this year's neet shall be considered during counselling.

Since you haven't mentioned your marks or category or state its difficult to give very precise information.

However if marks are not enough to get a govt seat you can always try for open domicile states or private colleges. You can also opt for deemed universities. If high fees wnt be a problem then you might have a chance in one of the deemed universities.
