Whether you can get admission depends on when your supplementary result is declared and the admission rules of the counselling authority .

If you have RT (Repeat in Theory) in Mathematics and have already applied for the supplementary exam :

• Before clearing the supplementary: You are generally not eligible for final admission to a B.Tech program , because passing Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) is a basic eligibility requirement for engineering.
• After passing the supplementary: Once your updated marksheet shows that you have passed Mathematics, you become eligible, provided you meet the other admission criteria.

Can you still participate in counselling?

In many counselling processes, you can register and participate , but final admission and document verification require you to produce a passing marksheet before the deadline specified by the counselling authority.
