If you are dedicated enough and can take an year more of study and hardships then take a drop but you gotta work a lot to get a perfect score for neet mbbs.
Dropping years roesdoe increase your chances of admission or doesn't guarantee any. What is scene in most cases is that either there is a slight increase or no increase at all in marks scores.
So chhose your decision wisely.
