You can definitely get admission through your state quota as your marks are pretty good and as you belong to OBC category it just confirms a seat for you in a government medical college.

Congratulation for getting a good score. With 518 it's possible for you to get a MBBS College in your own state but not in any other state. For getting MBBS colleges in other state you have to go through All India Quota and the cut offs for it are quite high. But you can make to a MBBS seat in your own state through state quota for sure!
