Previous year cut offs show that the govt colleges that you can get are
- Patliputra Medical College whose cut off was 532.
- Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College and Hospital whose cut off was 539.
- MGM Jamshedpur whose cut off ranges from 518-521.

Since this year the paper was bit easy it is expected that the cut off of these 3 new colleges will lie between 500-550 or may be higher.
