    Dear Abhjit, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, you should score a minimum aggregatr of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology if you belong to General Category. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. But if your aggregate is 59%, irrespective of your Category, you are eligible for NEET 2020.
