100 percentile means that You are the Highest Scorer of the respective shifts and as this will be Your final score also So Your AIR will be definitely 1 and therefore You are eligible for all the colleges Provided that You satisfy other eligibility Criterion such as 75% in the class12th.

In January exam I got 100 percentile. I say that if I got 90 percentile in April exam then do NTA count my highest score as 100 percentile. April exam is not coming between january exam.

There is a high chance for you to apply for all the colleges and your rank will be given only after the second session of the exam is completed and their results are as you have scored 100 percentile there is very high chance of you getting the colllege which you want and it also depends on the performance of the next batch.
