I have scored 134/170 (other 30 are guesses and I haven't ticked them on my question paper so I wasn't able to check them) in NTSE STAGE 1 Himachal Pradesh. What are my chances of getting selected? Please give me a true answer.

If you scored 134 then your chances of getting selected is high as last year's cutoff for NTSE himachal pradesh is 125 to 135 for general category, and 90-100 for obc and 100-110 for SC/ST.
So you have a very good chance of getting selected.
