I have scored 160 in pcb in hsc but have failed only in math will my NEET UG score be accepted by medical colleges?

As the result is counted as the whole, so you have to clear each and every subject of the board examinations. As you have failed in the maths exam. So until you get passed in that exam you can't apply for any exam or any other graduation courses. As it requires to fill the data of the 12th board examinations and you can't fill that data until you get passed in the 12th board examinations.
